Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is considered very effective for the treatment of shoulder stiffness. It involves some stretching exercises, with the help of which shoulder stiffness is corrected. Physiotherapy should be practiced 5 to 6 times daily at intervals of at least 5 to 10 minutes.
